Billiard Table Services Inc. offers a 60-day money back guarantee on all products purchased from Billiard Table Services Inc., including chalked cues. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at (336)526-0014 or use our Online form to contact us. Please include your Order number and the reason for returning the product. Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization. There are never any restocking fees. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning products to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. The 60-day guarantee is effective from the date of purchase. Billiard Table Services Inc. may void this guarantee, at its sole discretion, if there is evidence that the product has been mishandled, misused, or abused. Billiard Table Services Inc. does not offer a return or refund on customizations done on a cue such as tip changes or any engraved item.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total cost of items in your shopping cart. Billiard Table Services Inc. charges sales tax for orders shipped within North Carolina only. We offer free shipping on most orders over $50 excluding overweight or oversized items. This offer is for ground service to the 48 contiguous United States only.
